Frillies Food feat'- Goats cheese and tomato tart

The boy and myself decided on making a delicious tart for tea and it was so easy to do!

All you need is:

Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
Soft Goats Cheese
Fresh Tomatoes
Chopped Red Onion
Balsamic Vinegar
Runny Honey
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to season

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius fan assisted or 200 degrees celsius if not.

First of all put the ready made pastry onto a greased flat baking tray, and turn back the sides.  This is optional but creates a deep crust.

Put the majority of the cheese into bowl and mix in the thyme well, spread over the pastry centre area.

Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat gently,  put in the chopped onion, a little balsamic and drizzle with runny honey.  Cook until they are soft and slightly caramelised.

Pour some balsamic in a bowl, slice the tomatoes and dip into the vinegar.

Add the onions to the tart spreading evenly and then top off with the tomatoes and a little more cheese.

Place into the oven for 15-20 mins until golden brown and pastry has risen.
